The Parent Carers Voice:
Will only hold information about you with your consent.

Will hold your information securely.

Will destroy your information after 10 years.

Will not share your information with any other organisation
(The only exception to this being if there are concerns relating to the safeguarding of children or vulnerable adults).

Will use your information to keep you informed about participation opportunities and invite you to contribute your views.

Will use your information to invite you to events we are organizing and inform you of other events we think you may be interested in.

Will use your dat to evidence we engage with a wide range of parents from different backgrounds who have children with a wide range of disabilities. The data will be presented in a way that no individuals will be identified.

Will identify one members of the Board who is responsible for overseeing data protection.


At any time you may request to: 
See the information we hold about you.

Change the information we hold about you.

Delete the information we hold about you.
